Please note that assessments transmitted to LeMark by
facsimile will NOT be accepted. Such assessments will not be acknowledged or marked.



Conditions for Submission of Assignments : 

Learners’/students’ Assignment’s/Assignments must be handed in on time.

Submission dates as indicated by the facilitator must be strictly adhered to, and learners/students must note the following:
 

1.       No extensions will be granted. 

2.       It is the learner’s/student’s duty to ensure that Assignments (whether sent via postal service or courier service) reach LeMark Training and Development’s offices before the due date.   

3.      It is the responsibility of the learner to confirm that LeMark has received their assignment , a certified copy of a Id & a copy of a Matric certificate . 

4.       Late Submission: Due to the Assessment & Moderation timeframes and quality control as well as the additional administrative load and the additional courier and postal costs, learners/students who submit their assignments after the due date will be charged a fee of R550 (VAT incl.) for the assessment thereof, or the Assignment will be returned unmarked and the learner will forfeit the marks. 

5.       A one-week extension will be considered in case of hospitalisation or the death of an immediate family member, in which case a doctor’s note or death certificate must be presented to the LeMark Training and Development offices.  

6.       Re-submissions: When a learner is granted a re-submission they will have 36 days (weekends & holidays included) to complete and submit their Assignment/POE. Should they not meet this deadline they will have to book, pay and attend the programme/course again at their own expense. If the learner re-submit the assignment on time, but is again found to be Not Yet Competent, they will be granted the opportunity to attend the course again. A formal application to attend the course again must be lodged by the learner, Terms and Conditions apply. 

7.       Incomplete Assignments will be returned unmarked. 

8.       No Assignment will be accepted when faxed or e-mailed. The learner must keep a copy of the Assignment. 

9    Each learner must take note that the work in the Assignment must be their  own original work and they must complete the declaration of authenticity to pledge this.  

10. The copying of Assignment’s as well as plagiarism in Assignment is strictly prohibited.  Facilitators reserve the right to penalise learners/students if copying takes place.  Plagiarism/copying will lead to the learner/s being declared not yet competent and they will have to attend the programme/course again and will have to pay the full fee for the programme/course again.   

·          Due to the principle of authentication, electronic copies cannot be accepted.  You will need to print, number and authenticate (sign) each page. 

·          We request that you post your completed Assignment (the original, not a copy) to the following address. (Please be sure to keep a copy of your Assignment):
